Mama birds & hatchlings (mother & infant 0-12 weeks)

  • 45 minute professional education sessions

  • 5 Mondays (Oct 23, 30, Nov 6, 13, 20)

  • connect with your newborn and meet other caregivers

  • gain confidence in handling your new baby

  • learn about and practice co-regulation strategies

  • understand how to support developmental milestones such as positioning, sleep, tummy time, and feeding with the help from a pediatric Occupational Therapist

  • gain strategies & resources to take home

  • open Q & A with therapist and other caregivers

  • this is an inclusive space, safe for all mothers <3

Little Adventurers

Come explore the outdoors in a safe space while building skills, gaining confidence and having fun!
Little Adventurers Ages 2-5 (+ one caregiver)

  • 90 minutes immersive nature experience

  • 5 Saturdays (Oct 14, 21, 28, Nov 4, 11)

  • connect with your child and other caregivers while exploring senses in nature

  • support developmental milestones, self regulation skills, and develop peer interactions through play with the help from a pediatric Occupational Therapist

  • skilled activities created and guided by a pediatric Occupational Therapist and adapted for any age/stage

  • gain strategies & resources for carryover learning & fun at home

  • open Q & A with therapist and caregivers

  • this is an inclusive space, safe for neurotypical and neurodiverse children

Mom Walk Collective-Fredonia

Join The Mom Walk Collective (Fredonia NY) and Jenna Miller- pediatric OT, mom & owner of Well & Wild Child for "Guided Developmental Hike Yoga".

-Connect with your child, other caregivers, and nature as we hike along the Lake Erie lakeshore and surrounding areas at Point Gratiot (Dunkirk NY). 

-Our walk will focus on standing postures, balance, self-regulation strategies and mindfulness for both child + mom.

-Activities will be adapted for all ages & abilities.
